We're looking for a driven Waste Consultant / Business Development Manager to win new business across your territory, helping industrial and commercial customers find smarter waste management solutions.
The Role
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Visit customer sites to identify waste management needs
- Build tailored commercial proposals
- Manage opportunities from first meeting through to close
- Work closely with branch and operations teams to deliver outstanding service
About You
- Proven field-based B2B new business sales experience
- Experience selling into industrial, commercial or technical environments
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A consultative sales approach and confidence conducting site visits
- Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and activity
- A full UK driving licence
Experience in waste management or environmental services is advantageous but not essential.
