The Role
Reporting to the Service & Operations Director, the Regional Field Operations Director will lead multiple branches and operational leadership teams across a geographically dispersed region.
You'll be responsible for driving safety, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and commercial performance, while developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational leadership teams.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity and service reliability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and improve customer retention.
- Lead business improvement and change initiatives across the region.
- Use data and insight to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage regional budgets, resources and operational assets effectively.
- Build an engaged, accountable and high-performing culture.
About You
We're looking for a proven operational leader with experience in field service, logistics, engineering, utilities, facilities management, waste management or a similar operational environment.
