As a Sales and Service Technician you’ll be at the heart of our operations – delivering, installing, and servicing our machines while building strong, trusted relationships with customers. Your curiosity and initiative will enable you to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and provide solutions that enhances their productivity and add real value to their business!

Base pay range
£25,900 salary + commission OTE £60,000 per annum.

The Role
- Learn and become an expert in our machines and solutions.
- Drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle (Valid UK Drivers Licence is essential), conduct machine installations and servicing, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Listen carefully to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and provide expert guidance on our products and services (full training given).
- Follow Safetykleen Ways of Working meticulously, complete servicing to a high standard, and capture customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
- Create memorable experiences for our customers during installations and service visits, building strong relationships and exceeding personal sales targets consistently, always putting the customer at the heart of every solution.
