About the Role
Our Regional Account Managers are instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping our customers realise the full benefits of Safetykleen's products and services. - Leading tenders, frameworks and the sales cycle - partnering with internal teams to shape commercially sound framework agreements and taking full ownership of the sales process for your accounts.
- Owning results - consistently aiming to meet and exceed sales targets, using account performance data and insight to refine your approach and unlock new growth opportunities.
About You
You're a field-based B2B account manager who enjoys being in front of customers, growing high-value accounts and turning senior relationships into long-term, profitable partnerships. You're confident operating with senior stakeholders, able to talk numbers, value and outcomes with director-level decision-makers. Experience with tenders or framework agreements is a strong advantage.
You will have:
- A proactive, structured approach - you know your customers, manage your pipeline with discipline and always understand where you are against target.
- Resilience and calm under pressure - you're comfortable working towards stretching targets, staying positive, solution-focused and commercially aware when challenges arise.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including mid-week overnight stays.
You don't need to meet every single requirement to be considered. If this role appeals to you and you have most of the experience listed, we encourage you to apply - attitude, curiosity and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers matter most.
