Field-Based | New Business Development | Industrial & Commercial Waste Solutions

£32,000-£38,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£60,000 OTE) + £5,200 Car Allowance

We're looking for a driven Waste Consultant / Business Development Manager to win new business across your territory, helping industrial and commercial customers find smarter waste management solutions.

The Role

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities
  • Visit customer sites to identify waste management needs
  • Build tailored commercial proposals
  • Manage opportunities from first meeting through to close
  • Work closely with branch and operations teams to deliver outstanding service

About You

  • You’ll have proven field-based B2B new business sales experience
  • Experience selling into industrial, commercial or technical environments
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A consultative sales approach and confidence conducting site visits
  • Experience in waste management or environmental services is advantageous but not essential.
