What you’ll do

  • Be the first line hero for inbound calls and emails – owning queries end-to-end and delivering brilliant service
  • Proactively reach out to customers to strengthen relationships
  • Support customers via live chat, responding quickly and professionally
  • Keep our CRM spotless – accurate data entry and updates, every time
  • Allocate, monitor and escalate enquiries or complaints to secure swift resolutions
  • Log and track activity through our CRM to ensure seamless communication
