What you’ll do
- Be the first line hero for inbound calls and emails – owning queries end-to-end and delivering brilliant service
- Proactively reach out to customers to strengthen relationships
- Support customers via live chat, responding quickly and professionally
- Keep our CRM spotless – accurate data entry and updates, every time
- Allocate, monitor and escalate enquiries or complaints to secure swift resolutions
- Log and track activity through our CRM to ensure seamless communication
