As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you’ll help shape how we retain and grow customer relationships across North East England & Scotland. Please note: this is a field-based role and may require up to two overnight stays per week.

- Own and revive high-risk customer accounts
- Uncover insights that help us serve better
- Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions

The package:
- £35,000 - £40,000 - OTE approx. £60,000 per annum.
