The Opportunity
Join our Southampton team in this is a varied, hands-on role where you\βll spend your day on the road visiting a wide range of customers. Backed by a supportive local branch team, you\βll be safely collecting and exchanging non, low and hazardous waste streams, and delivering a professional, friendly service that keeps businesses compliant- and our planet Safer & Kleener.
No previous waste experience? No problem. We provide full training and work towards your ADR licence as you progress.

Job Role
- Attending 9-11 site visits daily removing and exchanging, non, low and hazardous waste streams.
- Loading and unloading drums and containers onto and from your vehicle.
- Get to be out and about, meeting customers across a wide range of industries!
- Liaise with the Branch Manager and customers to solve customer requirements.
- Using hand-held tablets and CRM to manage your route and workload.
Seeking experience / skills:
- A clean UK Driving Licence.
- A Class 2 Drivers Licence Required.
- Someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships.
- Experience within the waste industry isn\βt necessary β full training given.
