At Safetykleen, we help businesses operate more safely, cleanly and responsibly through our parts cleaning, waste collection and environmental services. Behind every service we sell is accurate data. The right machine, chemistry, waste collection process and safety checks all need to come together before our teams can offer the right solution to our customers. This is a new role to help create and maintain the service codes used in Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our international markets. This is a brilliant early‑career opportunity for someone who loves accuracy, data, process and improvement. This is not just a data entry role. Accuracy matters because the information you enter helps determine which service combinations our teams can sell. Getting the detail right supports safety, compliance, operational quality and customer service.
At first, the role is highly process‑driven and detail‑focused. Over time, as you build confidence, you’ll improve how the process works - building dashboards, supporting automation, analysing service line usage and helping senior leaders understand which combinations are adding value and which may need to be reviewed and then getting involved in the project management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gathering and validating machine, chemistry and waste collection information
- Coordinating technical, quality and safety checks with specialist teams
- Creating accurate service codes and supporting data uploads in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Identifying missing information, inconsistencies or potential risks before records are created
- Tracking request progress and keeping stakeholders updated
- Supporting the Lead Product Creation Analyst and deputising when required
- Maintaining process documentation and team information on SharePoint
- Producing clear reports and completion updates
- Supporting future improvements through creation of dashboards, automation and workflow changes
- Analysing service code usage to identify trends, duplication and underused service lines
The Package
- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
- Healthcare: Private healthcare from day 1
- Life assurance: Family life assurance at 3x salary
- Family‑friendly benefits: Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- Wellbeing support: Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 confidential helpline support
- Lifestyle benefits: Cycle to Work scheme
- Career development: Access to learning opportunities to support your progression
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys detail, structure and accuracy. You’re comfortable following a process carefully, but you’re also curious enough to ask how that process could be improved. You don’t need to be the finished article. What matters is that you are dependable, analytical, organised and keen to build a career around data, systems and improvement.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience working with data in a business environment
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Confidence entering, checking, validating and maintaining data
- Good Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI, SQL or other reporting tools is a bonus
- Confidence communicating with international colleagues and stakeholders to gather or clarify information
