Our Regional Account Managers are instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping our customers realise the full benefits of Safetykleen's products and services. You will manage and grow a portfolio of highâvalue, multiâsite National Key Accounts. You will be at the forefront of driving growth, improving customer productivity and supporting their sustainability goals, while ensuring they always receive a high standard of service and proactive strategic account management. This is a national fieldâbased role with travel aligned to customer needs, so you will need flexibility for some midâweek overnight stays.
What you will be doing:
- Owning multiâsite strategic accounts â managing highâvalue, multiâlocation customers so their needs are anticipated, service is consistent across sites, retention is strong and partnerships are longâterm.
- Growing revenue and value â building and executing account strategies that grow profitable revenue, drive upsell and crossâsell, and position Safetykleen as the partner of choice.
- Building senior stakeholder relationships â developing trusted relationships with directorâlevel and senior decisionâmakers, presenting tailored, valueâled solutions and securing longâterm contracts and extensions.
- Leading tenders, frameworks and the sales cycle â partnering with internal teams to shape commercially sound framework agreements and taking full ownership of the sales process for your accounts.
- Owning results â consistently aiming to meet and exceed sales targets, using account performance data and insight to refine your approach and unlock new growth opportunities.
About You:
You are a fieldâbased B2B account manager who enjoys being in front of customers, growing highâvalue accounts and turning senior relationships into longâterm, profitable partnerships. You are confident operating with senior stakeholders, able to talk numbers, value and outcomes with directorâlevel decisionâmakers. Experience with tenders or framework agreements is a strong advantage.
You will have:
- A proactive, structured approach â you know your customers, manage your pipeline with discipline and always understand where you are against target.
- Resilience and calm under pressure â you are comfortable working towards stretching targets, staying positive, solutionâfocused and commercially aware when challenges arise.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including some midâweek overnight stays.
