We are seeking a Data Analyst to work directly with our Portuguese Sales and Marketing Director, you will help drive the execution of our go-to-market strategy through data-driven decision-making. Ensuring Safetykleen continues to evolve and excel in meeting the future needs of our customers and supports our vision of making our planet Safer and Kleener!
This role will involve travel to our offices in Portugal, offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with our international teams!

The Package
- £30,000 – £40,000 salary per annum.

Into the Detail
Business Reporting & Insights:
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights relating to our Portugal business
- Focus on key areas such as: Sales and Marketing Performance Data, Customer Analysis (Industry Sectors),Retention Analysis
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Power BI
- Automate and optimise recurring reports to enhance efficiency
Commercial Function Partnering:
- Support the Portugal commercial function by understanding planning and data needs
- Analyse targets, headcount, KPIs, and CRM usage to enhance business operations
- Provide ad hoc analysis and deep dives into business trends
Data Extraction & Management:
- Query and extract data from ERP, BI, and other sources to support business reporting
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, resolving inconsistencies with IT support
- Align data management practices with Group Reporting and Analytics guidelines
