About Safetykleen
Imagine working for a company where your role genuinely matters for the planet and directly influences how a global business improves the way it operates. At Safetykleen, we provide essential parts cleaning, waste collection and environmental advisory services that help customers reduce their environmental footprint and boost operational performance. Across our international business, we support customers with critical operational needs while helping reduce environmental impact. With operations across 15 countries, over 2,000 colleagues, and more than 1 million services delivered each year, Safetykleen is a stable, growing and ambitious business. Backed by private equity and headquartered in London, we are continuing to invest in the systems, technology and capability that will drive the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a D365 Business Analyst to play a key role in how Safetykleen improves, stabilises and develops its Dynamics 365 environment. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines. It is a hands‑on opportunity for a strong traditional Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 exposure, ideally including F&O, who can work with stakeholders to understand the real problem, get the right people in the room, ask the right questions, and help shape the right solution. You’ll sit between the business, Finance Product Owners and the consultant / development team, translating requirements into practical solutions that improve processes and strengthen how the business operates. We are currently in a period of stabilisation, with a clear aim to move into enhancements, so this role offers a strong mix of immediate business‑critical work and longer‑term improvement.
Why this role is different
- Own work end to end in a role with genuine responsibility, visibility and impact
- Work at the centre of the business, connecting stakeholders, Product Owners, consultants and developers to deliver the right outcomes
- Combine strong business analysis with the opportunity to deepen your D365 and functional consultant knowledge
- Join a team where resilience, judgement and the ability to prioritise really matter
- Be part of a growing environment where the right person can learn quickly, contribute fast and build strong credibility
This is an ideal move for someone who wants more ownership, more exposure and more opportunity to develop both sides of the role – business analysis and system capability.
What you’ll be doing
- Gather, challenge and document business requirements, turning problems into clear deliverables
- Work closely with global Finance Product Owners to understand business needs and desired outcomes
- Liaise with market Finance Directors and wider stakeholders to understand pain points, priorities and business impact
- Take requirements back to your functional consultant / development team to help shape the right build
- Support the sign‑off process and help ensure solutions are understood, agreed and delivered effectively
- Drive process improvement by identifying what is not working, understanding the end goal and helping the business move forward
- Provide functional support to business users and help improve how the platform is used across the organisation
- Contribute to stabilisation now, while helping the business move into the next phase of enhancements
Who this could suit
- a Business Analyst role with Dynamics 365 exposure
- a more traditional IT Business Analyst background with strong stakeholder management and process improvement capability
- a role supporting ERP, Finance systems or F&O environments
- a position where you have worked between business stakeholders and technical / consulting teams to define and deliver solutions
What matters most is that you are a strong, credible Business Analyst who can take ownership, work with pace, ask the right questions and help the business get to the right answer.
What we’re looking for
- Strong traditional Business Analyst capability within Finance
- Experience or exposure to Dynamics 365, ideally including F&O
- Strong stakeholder management and confidence working across business and technical teams
- Solid Understanding of finance‑related processes and the impact they have on the wider business
- Process improvement mindset and the judgement to challenge, prioritise and protect business capability
- Resilience, pace and a proactive, hands‑on approach
- English required; another European language would be an advantage
The Package
- £65,000 - £70,000 annual salary
- Company bonus (10%)
- 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- 5% Contributory Pension scheme
- Family life assurance (3x salary)
- Private healthcare from day 1
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- Cycle to work scheme
- Learning and career development support (internal + external courses)
- Employee recognition programme
- Corporate discount scheme
- Retail discounts and cashback
- Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 confidential helpline
If you’re looking for a role where you can own meaningful work, influence business change and develop both your Business Analysis and D365 capability in a growing international business, this is a strong opportunity. Safetykleen is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
