The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Group Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted adviser on senior Employee Relations matters while helping our CPO drive organisational people strategy across our global workforce. This is not a conventional HRBP role. It sits close to the centre of the business, partnering senior leaders and C‑Suite peers – including the CFO, COO, Group Counsel and commercial leadership – on sensitive people issues, organisational risk and business change. You will be a key voice on senior ER, policy and people risk, bringing the credibility to influence at the highest levels of the organisation and challenge constructively when needed. Alongside the ER core, this role also gives you real breadth: organisational people strategy, HR projects, policy development, reward support and global collaboration. You will use people data and HR KPIs to identify trends, translate insight into action and support senior management and Board‑level decision‑making. In a PE‑backed business, pace, resilience and judgement matter. This role is for someone who can think strategically, act decisively and help leaders navigate complexity well.

Who This Could Suit

  • A Senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership role where you advise and influence at C‑Suite level without hesitation
  • A broad HR generalist position within an operational, commercial or fast‑paced environment
  • An organisation where you have supported senior stakeholders through high‑risk, sensitive or complex people issues
  • A matrix, international or multi‑country business where collaboration across functions is essential

We're particularly interested in individuals who are comfortable operating alongside Finance, Legal, Operations and Commercial leaders, and who can translate people strategy into commercial language that resonates with a CEO, CFO or Board. This role will suit someone who is passionate about Employee Relations but also wants broader exposure to people strategy, organisational change and executive stakeholder management.

The Package

  • £70,000 annual salary
  • 10 % bonus
  • Brentford‑based role
  • 4 days per week considered
  • 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • 5 % contributory pension scheme
  • Family life assurance (3× salary)
  • Private healthcare from day one
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Learning and career development support
  • Employee recognition programme
  • Corporate discount scheme
  • Retail discounts and cashback
  • Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 confidential helpline

What We're Looking For

  • Significant HR experience, particularly in Employee Relations
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and sound judgement on people risk and compliance
  • Gravitas and credibility to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret people data, identify trends and turn insight into action
  • Experience working in a data‑driven environment where decisions are based on evidence, metrics and outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to structure ideas and presentations to drive understanding and action
  • Strong influencing skills and confidence to challenge constructively when required
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across countries, cultures and functions within a matrix organisation
  • High levels of discretion, organisation and follow‑through
  • Proactive, self‑starting mindset with ownership, accountability and strong delivery focus
  • Resilient, practical and diligent, comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning it into action
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and people analytics skills, with the ability to translate HR metrics into senior‑level recommendations and presentations
  • Resourceful, solutions‑focused, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve
  • International exposure would be advantageous
