Join our Elmswell team in a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll spend your time out on the road, visiting a wide range of customers and building strong relationships along the way. Supported by a dedicated local branch team, you'll safely collect and exchange non-hazardous, low-hazardous and hazardous waste streams, while delivering a professional and friendly service. Your work will help our customers stay compliant while contributing to a safer, cleaner environment. No previous waste industry experience? No problem. We provide full training and will support you in working towards your ADR licence as you develop in the role. Job Role
- Complete 9-11 customer site visits per day, collecting and exchanging non-hazardous, low-hazardous and hazardous waste streams.
- Safely load and unload drums and containers onto and from your vehicle.
- Build positive relationships with customers across a wide range of industries.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and customers to meet operational requirements and resolve queries.
- Use handheld tablets and CRM systems to manage your daily route, service delivery and workload.
What We're Looking For
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- Someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Waste industry experience is not essential - full training will be provided.
