What You'll Bring:
- A sharp eye for detail. You notice what's out of place and fix it before anyone has to ask.

- A warm, people-first approach that makes everyone feel genuinely looked after.
- Self-direction. You spot what needs doing and get on with it without waiting to be asked.
- Curiosity for using AI to speed up the admin, from drafting comms, building run sheets, to summarising vendor quotes.
- Familiarity with health & safety practices, or willingness to gain certification (training provided).
Why You'll Love It:
- You'll be the heartbeat of a buzzing Manchester office and the go-to person people rely on.
- No two days look the same with logistics, culture, and hands-on problem-solving in one role.
