Our platform gives frontline workers a voice and leaders the visibility to make smarter decisions, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement across industries like manufacturing, construction, logistics, and more.
In this role, you'd own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to close, with a focus on new logo acquisition in French‑speaking markets. You'd be the face of SafetyCulture for new customers, building trusted relationships and bringing our platform to life through tailored demos, proposals, and thought leadership.
What you'd be doing:
- Leading end‑to‑end sales across a targeted territory of French‑speaking prospects
- Building relationships and gaining deep insights into customer operations, compliance needs, and safety goals
- Driving outbound prospecting and pipeline creation in greenfield accounts
- Representing SafetyCulture at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events
- Collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to shape account strategy and ensure a great onboarding experience
- Maintaining accurate data and activity reporting in Salesforce
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a sales or commercial role, with a track record of hitting targets. SaaS or tech sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Native or professional fluency in French, with a solid understanding of business practices in French‑speaking markets.
- Comfortable managing a pipeline, following a sales process, and keeping your stakeholders informed at every stage.
- A consultative approach, you listen well, ask the right questions, and can tailor your pitch to different buyers.
- A genuine relationship builder who creates trust quickly and can maintain strong, long‑term connections with customers.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where things move quickly.
If you're looking to grow your career in tech sales and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its people and product, we'd love to hear from you. Express your interest and we'll be in touch when the right opportunity opens up.
