Why join us? We're a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.

The Role: Every day, millions of frontline workers across construction, manufacturing, hospitality and beyond rely on SafetyCulture to do their jobs safely and with confidence. We're trusted by over 85,000 organisations worldwide and we're just getting started. We're looking for driven, consultative Account Executives to join our award-winning EMEA sales team and be part of a mission that's genuinely changing how the world works.

What you'll be doing: You'll own the sales cycle from discovery through to close - but for us, that starts with genuinely understanding your customers. You'll take the time to understand their challenges, build trusted relationships and position SafetyCulture as a solution that makes a real difference to how their teams operate. You'll deliver compelling demos, handle complex negotiations and close deals that work for everyone.

What we're looking for: You've carried a quota before and you know what it takes to hit it - but what sets you apart is that you genuinely care about the customers you work with. You lead with curiosity, ask the right questions and take the time to understand what each customer actually needs. You build trust naturally, guide deals forward without pushing too hard and stay invested in the outcome long after the contract is signed. You think in pipelines and know how to keep things moving. Sales experience in any industry is welcome here; we care more about how you sell than where you've done it.

What we offer: Daily breakfast and lunch cooked by our in-house chef, state of the art office with gym facilities, towel service and showers, hackathons, workshops and Lunch & Learns, organised fitness classes, EAP services and generous paid parental leave, quarterly team celebrations and events.

We’re committed to building inclusive teams and cultivating a sense of belonging so our people can bring their whole authentic selves to work each day. We seek to make reasonable adjustments throughout our recruitment process to create an even playing field for all candidates. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the entire SafetyCulture team we’ve built an incredible culture which has seen us recognised as a Best Place to Work in Australia, the US and the UK.
