This is a varied and practical role where no two weeks are likely to be the same. Typical duties include:

  • Undertaking construction site inspections and audits
  • Preparing and reviewing Construction Phase Plans (CPPs)
  • Preparing Pre-Construction Information (PCI)
  • Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Supporting contractors with their duties under CDM 2015
  • Advising clients, designers and contractors on construction health
