This charity care organisation operates a number of care homes surrounding Winchester, currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to support the Estates & Facilities Team, allowing exceptional care for residents and a safe working environment for everyone.
They already have some great procedures in place, and you will help to maintain standards, provide advice, audit systems and continue to build a positive safety culture within the organisation. This will include managing health and safety, and fire safety across several sites, training and investigations, which will include local travel. You will also have the opportunity to make positive changes to keep developing their safety processes and keeping them up to date with any necessary changes.
Ideal experience for this Health & Safety Advisor role:
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety role, in a relatable sector.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Able to build relationships and communicate at all levels.
- Positive and proactive in nature.
- UK driving license and own car.
