This role suits someone confident on site, comfortable working independently, and able to give practical advice that site teams will act on. You will manage your own diary and cover multiple sites within your designated patch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out construction site inspections
- Reviewing RAMS
- Producing clear, practical reports
- Advising site managers on compliance and improvements
- Attending member safety meetings
- Investigating serious incidents when required
This is a hands-on advisory role. You will be visible on site.
What We’re Looking For
- NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ construction H&S experience
- Experience on residential, commercial or civils projects
- Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 and core HSE legislation
- Full UK driving licence
