The Role
Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices across multiple sites. This role offers a mix of home working and site visits, providing both flexibility and variety.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement health & safety initiatives across various sites.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Identify and manage SHE risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Stay up to date with SHE legislation, best practices, and industry developments.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction health & safety role.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and industry standards.
- Engaging, proactive, and committed to SHE excellence.
- Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel (travel is required but not excessive).
