Join a market-leading construction company and play a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance across construction sites in Swansea & South Wales The Role Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices across multiple sites. This role offers a mix of home working and site visits, providing both flexibility and variety. Key Responsibilities * Support and implement health & safety initiatives across various sites. * Conduct site inspections * Identify and manage SHE risks, issues, and opportunities. * Stay up to date with SHE legislation, best practices, and industry developments. What We’re Looking For * Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction health & safety role. * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent). * Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and industry standards. * Engaging, proactive, and committed to SHE excellence. * Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel (travel is required but not excessive).
