Compliance Auditor – National Role\\nLocation: Any Central UK (travel required)\\nSalary: £50,000 – £60,000 + comprehensive package\\nContract: Full-time, permanent\\n\\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and proactive Compliance Auditor to join a well-established Principal Contractor operating nationally across a variety of sectors.\\n\\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), audit processes, and business management systems. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, maintaining compliance with ISO standards, and promoting a culture of best practice throughout the business.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct audits across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and client requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide clear advice on business management system improvements and compliance actions\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support the maintenance and achievement of ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, and ideally 27001)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out root cause analysis and drive preventative action\\n\\n * \\n\\n Promote behavioural safety initiatives and support training delivery across the business\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain up-to-date records of risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead by example in fostering a culture of safety and quality\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience working with or for a Principal Contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of HSEQ legislation, codes of practice, and business systems\\n\\n * \\n\\n NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification\\n\\n * \\n\\n CQI Practitioner level (minimum)\\n\\n * \\n\\n ISO Lead Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 45001). 27001 would be a plus\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident communicator, adaptable and able to work at all business levels\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide\\n\\nWhy Apply?\\n\\n * \\n\\n Join a supportive and proactive compliance team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Play a key role in shaping and maintaining high standards across a national operation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent opportunities for professional development and training\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive package and benefits\\n\\nIf you're a detail-focused auditor with a passion for compliance and improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
