We are seeking an Adult Therapist with Safety Net, who will provide specialist, trauma-informed counselling and therapy to adult clients of all genders who have been affected by rape, exploitation, sexual or domestic abuse. You will independently manage a caseload of 4 clients a day within the charity's 24-week therapeutic framework, working collaboratively with the therapeutic team, our trauma informed practitioners and partner agencies to support recovery and wellbeing.

This role can be up to 35 hours per week (8 hours per day with a 1-hour unpaid break), with a salary range of £28,974 – £34,860, depending on accreditation, trauma experience, and level of responsibility. Part-time working from a minimum of 2-days per week will be considered. The role reports to the Clinical Manager and is a permanent contract.

It includes a generous 30-day annual leave allowance, plus bank holidays, with 5 days to be taken over Christmas (as the office is closed for two weeks). This post is primarily based from our Carlisle head office, with travel required to our other sites across Cumbria, including our Whitehaven office.
