What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of a regional portfolio of clients, delivering tailored services that might include:

  • Audits and inspections
  • Fire and general risk assessments
  • HSMS development and advisory services
  • Training and compliance support

No two weeks are the same as we work with a broad range of clients working in manufacturing, engineering, food production, logistics, retail, agriculture to name a few. While most work is within your region, some national and international travel is required - with consideration for your work-life balance.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the following:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, ideally with IOSH membership
  • Experience: Practical health & safety experience, including audits, fire risk assessments, training delivery, and HSMS development
  • Sector Knowledge: Ideally from manufacturing, engineering, or retail
  • Skills: Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across all levels
  • Flexibility: Able to travel nationwide with occasional overnight and international stays
  • Mindset: Passionate, pragmatic, and driven by making a real-world difference
