The Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Montrose. You will support our branch with all administrative tasks, ensuring customers receive rapid responses and assisting with the smooth running of the branch. If you are organised, efficient and have an eye for detail, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Managing the branch email inbox and replies.
• Extensive communication via email and telephone with internal and external customers.
• Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
• Raising work orders.
• Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects.
• Updating the waste log.
• Updating our CRM.
• Supporting the warehouse and driving team with administrative.

Skills and Experience Required

• Computer skills, familiar with Excel and Word.
• Administrative experience.
• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
