Our client is a major public sector organisation, seeking to recruit a Band 7 full-time Fitness For Work Team Manager. Reporting to the Head of Operational Services, the successful candidate's main duties include:
- Providing leadership and management of the Fitness for Work Team across the two sites.
- Managing the delivery of a safe, professional, effective and efficient EHW fitness for work service to the organisation and to external clients.
- Providing specialist advice in all areas of fitness for work assessments in line with best practice and legislation.
- Liaising with other specialists (internal and external) in the management of fitness for work assessments.
- Undertaking clinical audit programmes and service evaluation.
- Supporting the delivery of Health & Wellbeing plans across the organisation.
To be considered for this role, candidates must be a registered nurse who holds an OH qualification and has experience with fitness for work assessments and managing a team.
