Our Client are a family run business providing care and comfort to all residents. They’re seeking to recruit a nursing home manager, to help with the running of a 38 bed nursing home.
The successful nursing home manager will be a senior RGN with strong leadership skills and previous experience to manage a care home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
You will work with a dedicated and committed team of Nurses, Team Leaders, Health Care and support staff, and provide support, guidance and motivation to the team to achieve high standards in the delivery of person centred care and clinical excellence.
You will also be required to work with the clinical team based at another local site in order to undertake regular audits.
To be considered you will have strong clinical nursing experience, be I.T literate and experienced in the assessment, monitoring and evaluation of resident’s needs, ensuring compliance in relation to CQC and all regulatory areas. You should also have experience of the inspection process.
The successful appointment will be subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check. Candidates must have a valid NMC Pin Number and be authorised to work in the EU.
