Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in fire risk assessment including high-rise residential blocks. This is a senior leadership role with formal responsibility for managing and developing the survey team. Alongside undertaking complex or higher-risk assessments, the role is accountable for technical quality assurance, team capability, workload coordination, and client-facing delivery. You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical involvement, acting as a senior point of expertise within the business. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running after induction and who wants to make a genuine impact within a growing consultancy.
