The Role As a Field Manager, you'll lead, support and organise our self-employed installation teams in the field.

You'll inspect completed work, keep projects on track, and ensure every installation meets Safestyle's quality standards while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Deliver a great customer experience in line with Safestyle's high standards.

Oversee 6–7 installation teams, keeping work on schedule and to the right quality.

Coach, guide and support installation teams to perform at their best.

Resolve customer installation queries or issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure installations meet health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For Strong understanding of installation processes, best practice and quality workmanship.

Confident on-site presence with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in a similar home improvement or construction role.

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within the region.
