As a Field Manager, you'll lead, support and organise our self-employed installation teams in the field.
You'll inspect completed work, keep projects on track, and ensure every installation meets Safestyle's quality standards while delivering a first-class customer experience.
Deliver a great customer experience in line with Safestyle's high standards.
Oversee 6–7 installation teams, keeping work on schedule and to the right quality.
Coach, guide and support installation teams to perform at their best.
Resolve customer installation queries or issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure installations meet health and safety standards.
Strong understanding of installation processes, best practice and quality workmanship.
Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within the region.
