Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to carry out repairs and adjustments while providing first‑class customer service.
• Manage your own workload and schedule effectively, completing all relevant documentation.
• Work in a safe & clean environment.
• Occasionally assist fitting teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous UPVC fitting or service engineer experience (Windows & Door or Roofline).
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Passion to get the job done right the first time.
• Full UK driving licence.
