We are now seeking a Regional Canvass Marketing Manager to lead and continue to build our existing Door to Door Canvass Teams in the South of the UK. At Safestyle, we are seeking an experienced leader with direct sales, marketing, or canvassing experience who is now looking to move into a senior position. With your drive and enthusiasm, you will be part of the senior team, supporting the Regional Sales Manager to increase lead generation and expand our current door-to-door canvassing teams to help the region reach its potential.

You will take the lead in regional recruitment activities, ensuring targets are met. Applying your canvassing and sales skills, you will inspire, guide, coach, train, and mentor our self-employed partners to achieve targets and build on their success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional lead, sales, and establishment targets.
  • Participating in and driving regional recruitment activities, including local networking, attending recruitment fairs, and collaborating with local job centres where appropriate.
  • Leading and managing the company's recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure consistency and a positive candidate experience.
  • Driving retention through timely and professional coaching and training of Marketing Team Leaders and Agents.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in sales and lead generation, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience within home improvements or similar industries is preferred.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and guide others to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility regarding workloads, working hours, and willingness to travel.
  • Commitment to personal development through internal resources and initiatives.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 basic, with OTEs up to £70,000.
