The Role

As a Field Manager, you’ll lead, support and organise our self-employed installation teams in the field. You’ll inspect completed work, keep projects on track, and ensure every installation meets Safestyle’s quality standards while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a great customer experience in line with Safestyle’s high standards.
  • Oversee 6–7 installation teams, keeping work on schedule and to the right quality.
  • Coach, guide and support installation teams to perform at their best.
  • Resolve customer installation queries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure installations meet health and safety standards.

  • Strong understanding of installation processes, best practice and quality workmanship.
  • Confident on-site presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar home improvement or construction role.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within the region.
