Basic starting salary: £32,000 per annum, with a monthly bonus that can increase your total earnings to up to £36,800 per year.

As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, providing your team with all the encouragement and training they require. You will motivate them to deliver an excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships. Your focus will be on driving your team's performance and maximising sales.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week on a rota basis, covering 5 out of 7 days. Shifts fall within our opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 6:30pm (extended hours until 8:30pm on Thursdays), and Sundays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

A successful Store Manager will:

  • Have previous management experience
  • Possess an operational background in a customer-facing environment such as retail or consultative sales
  • Be capable of leading and coaching a team for performance
  • Be able to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Have strong commercial acumen
  • Lead your team in the fast-moving storage industry environment
