Working within the Digital Marketing function, this role supports the continuous improvement of Safestore's digital customer journey — from website search through to quote generation, pricing, and conversion — helping to deliver a smooth, reliable, and user-friendly online experience at every step.
The role combines a marketing and conversion mindset with a structured, testing-led approach: validating that new website developments dovetail internal pricing and business systems (such as CRM) to deliver the intended customer experience and maximise conversion opportunity for sales teams, without compromising usability for web users.
Working closely with Marketing, IT, and external development partners, the role helps ensure that changes to the site, pricing logic, and customer data flow are tested thoroughly before release, and that resulting performance data is used to shape ongoing improvements. The role also involves some light technical troubleshooting and minor front-end updates as part of identifying and resolving issues to enhance the overall customer journey.
