Role Description
The Commercial Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes.
This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting Smartlog® solutions to commercial clients.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records.
The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and contributing to sales forecasts and business development plans.
The Commercial Sales Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while representing Safesmart in a professional and consultative manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing commercial deals.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to build relationships, manage client expectations, and support retention.
- Knowledge of Insurance or related risk-based services, with the ability to understand compliance and safety requirements.
- Business Planning skills, including forecasting, territory planning, and contributing to commercial strategies.
