Position Overview
Safe Site Solutions LLC is seeking experienced Site Safety Coordinators to support active construction and industrial projects in South Carolina.
This is a hands-on, field-based safety role responsible for ensuring site compliance, protecting workers, and promoting a strong culture of safety.
The Safety Coordinator will work closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and crews to enforce safety policies, conduct training, and respond to incidents and hazards in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce company and client safety policies and procedures
- Conduct daily job site safety audits and inspections
- Lead safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talks
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
- Support incident investigations and documentation
- Track and report near-misses, injuries, and safety observations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and site-specific safety regulations
- Promote a proactive safety-first culture among all personnel
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Construction Safety & OSHA standards
- Experience conducting safety training and site orientations
- Skilled in incident investigation and hazard recognition
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced job site environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with industrial or data center construction is a plus
