About the Role
Work with York Limited are looking to recruit 6 individuals to join a client's busy Road Safety Training Team.
Qualifications
You will be either qualified to deliver Bikeability Levels 1, 2 and 3 by having the 1st 4Sport Level 2 award in Instructing Cycle training or be willing to undertake the paid for qualification.
Working Hours
Flexible work all year round. The rate of pay is £16.33 per hour.
Training Activities
In addition to delivering Bikeability at primary and secondary schools, you will also deliver Pedestrian training for school years 3 and 4, and Balance Bike training for pre-school and reception children.
Key Requirements
- You should be a regular cyclist, able to cycle up to 25 miles a day to deliver training at schools across the City throughout the year and enjoy working with all age groups.
- As well as delivering practical training in schools, you may be required to engage with schools in classrooms and assemblies.
- You should be confident using IT programmes, particularly Excel, Word, Emails and using a Smart mobile phone.
