Westfield Primary Community School is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and committed midday supervisory assistant to join our friendly lunchtime team. The role involves supervising children while they eat lunch, cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and stimulating play environment, and overseeing safety, welfare, and conduct during the midday break period.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children during lunch and break time.
- Clean and maintain the lunchtime area.
- Provide a safe and stimulating play environment.
- Maintain safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils.
Requirements
- Commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced Criminal Record check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
- Availability to receive first aid training (training will be provided).
- Knowledge of the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 and ability to complete a Disqualification Declaration.
