Safer Sphere is an award-winning national consultancy specialising in Construction Health & Safety, Building Safety, and CDM. We partner with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors to exceed compliance standards and develop innovative safety management strategies.

As our Building Safety Team continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced consultants with a solid background in building regulations or building control. If you’re eager to use your expertise to influence major projects and help clients navigate the complexities of the Building Safety Act 2022, this is the role for you.

At Safer Sphere, you’ll work on a wide range of exciting and technically challenging projects across the UK, from prestigious multi-million-pound developments to projects in residential, defence, office, retail, industrial, and healthcare sectors. You’ll be an integral part of the design team, offering invaluable advice, rather than just adapting to a regulatory approach.

What You’ll Experience:

  • A collaborative and supportive team that values your expertise and fosters a positive working environment.
  • Fewer projects, allowing for greater capacity and care.
  • A non-regulatory role focused on positively contributing to design and safety.
  • Embedded involvement in design teams, actively enhancing project outcomes.
  • A rewarding role where your expertise directly impacts safety and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in building control, building regulations or a similar field.
  • Membership in MIRCS, MCABE, CIOB, or equivalent.

What We Offer:

  • Generous health and wellness benefits.
  • Access to electric vehicle and cycle-to-work schemes.
  • Career growth opportunities and professional development.
  • Employee ownership through our Employee Benefit Trust.
  • A supportive, inclusive work culture with a strong commitment to work-life balance.

Why Safer Sphere?

At Safer Sphere, we are committed to making a real difference in the building safety landscape. We’re proud to be an employee-owned company, where every employee has a stake in our success. Join us, and you’ll be part of a team that fosters innovation, values expertise, and works together to create safer buildings for everyone.

Ready to use your skills to make a lasting impact? Apply today and help us shape the future of building safety.
