As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily activities, ensuring comfort and wellbeing. You will work in a team supporting both staff and residents in residential or nursing home settings, as well as some supported living services. We have a variety of shifts for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Senior HCAs including long days, earlies, lates and nights available in: Liverpool, Chester, Ormskirk, Wallasey, Ellesmere Port, Warrington, Stockport, Congleton, Macclesfield, Altrincham, Manchester, Winsford, Northwich, Sandbach and Bolton.

Your main duties will involve:

  • Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and transfer, using the appropriate equipment where required.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to all residents.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Always promoting independence and dignity.
  • Following and updating care plans.

Previous experience working as a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker is essential, however, full training can be provided.
