My client is a well-established provider of high-quality care to elderly residents, offering 24/7 care for all residents. You will be required to:
- Supervise a team of Healthcare Associates and ensure that good quality care is provided, in accordance with departmental procedures, guidelines and professional standards, ensuring that individual members maintain their maximum potential and independence.
- Uphold the standards of the Company in day-to-day practice and represent the Company in a professional and positive manner when dealing with others.
