About the Role
Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Stafford to recruit a Quality & Complaints Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and investigate customer complaints.
Draft and issue complaint responses.
Monitor complaint trends and identify improvements.
Conduct quality reviews and audits.
Support Subject Access Requests.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in complaints handling, quality assurance or compliance.
Excellent communication skills.
