Stoke-on-Trent & Surrounding Areas

Full-time; Monday - Friday

£30k (negotiable dependent on experience)

8am - 4pm

We're proud to be working with a local, family-run company that consistently delivers high-quality construction, roofing, and maintenance solutions across both residential and commercial projects. They have an exceptionally strong reputation for excellence, great communication, safety, and attention to detail, and they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Tradesperson.

Role

As a Multi-Trade Tradesperson, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently. You will be working across various sites, carrying out both planned and reactive works, supporting ongoing projects, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out multi-trade work including (but not limited to) basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, electrics, and general building repairs etc.
  • Supporting roofing, mechanical, electrical, general maintenance, and construction projects where required
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with strong attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Working collaboratively with site teams and management
  • Adhering to health & safety standards and site procedures at all times
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and occasionally clients on-site

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a multi-trade or general building role
  • Strong all-round skillset across multiple trades
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
