Managing customer relationships, orders, and enquiries in a dynamic manufacturing environment. My client is an industry-leading manufacturer, known for both the quality of their products and their exceptional customer service. They are a well-established, supportive business with excellent staff retention and a strong reputation within their field. Due to a recent internal change, they are now looking to recruit an additional Customer Support / Account Coordinator to join their team.

Full-time Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Newcastle-under-Lyme Office based £25k - £27k

Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will manage and support a portfolio of existing, new, and prospective customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service is delivered. Working closely with both the Customer Support and Sales teams, you will act as a key point of contact, handling enquiries, processing orders, and supporting the wider business.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
