This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR or Recruitment Administrator who is available to start straight away and is looking for a flexible hybrid role. The position is initially for 1 month; however, there is the possibility of an extension and potentially a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams Managing employee and candidate records Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and processing candidate documentation Maintaining HR databases and ensuring records are accurate and up to date Assisting with onboarding and compliance checks Responding to HR-related queries from employees and candidates General HR and recruitment administration duties as required Candidate Requirements Previous experience in an HR Administrator or Recruitment Administrator role A current DBS check is essential Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines Available to start immediately What's on Offer? £13.74 per hour Hybrid working arrangement 40 hours per week over 4 days Immediate start available Potential for contract extension Possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate If you have HR or recruitment administration experience, hold a valid DBS check, and are available to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
