We are a thriving and forward thinking Care Agency who, over the last 6 years have gone from strength to strength. With 4 branches across the country and plans to expand further, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Trainer to join our team in Canterbury, Kent.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work effectively in the health and social care sector.

Role:

You will be a passionate and enthusiastic Trainer that delivers mandatory Health and Social Care modules for new and existing agency care staff. You will also deliver training externally to various care services across the Kent area.

As a Trainer for SaferHandCare, you will be working in a supportive and flourishing team who prides itself on quality and integrity. You will be working for a company that encourages, recognises, and rewards the growth of their staff members.

You will be expected to:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions, workshops, and courses in health and social care topics, including safeguarding, manual handling, infection control, and care planning.
  • Complete relevant marking, follow-up administration and compiling training paperwork.
  • Build on our current training modules and help nurture and form long term relationships.
