Do you have experience working with children and young people or looking to start your career in a children's residential setting? I am looking for Children's Support Workers for a residential home, providing support, advice and assistance in the care of children and young people, safeguarding their welfare at all times. You will ensure that the practical, physical, and emotional needs are met at all times.
Requirements:
- The right to work in the UK.
- FULL UK driving license.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A warm, compassionate, nurturing, and caring nature.
- Ability to work with understanding, tact, and patience.
- Committed to providing person-centred care.
